Principles of the Mind . . .
According to cognitive neuroscientists, our unconscious represents approximately 90% to 95% of our mind's capacity, in which the majority of our daily actions are controlled, such as; heartbeat; emotions; driving a vehicle; and much of our decision making. A powerful tool exerting significant influence.
From conception on, our mind is programmed by all life experiences -- parents, educational institutions, governments, culture, media -- all play a role. Each event is stored in our body as memory, as well as our perception of those events at the very moment they occur. This shapes how we perceive ourselves, others, our world, and how our world may perceive us.
The unconscious mind consists of thoughts that occur automatically - reflections of the above conditioning. Even though these processes exist well under the surface of conscious awareness, they are known to impact our behaviour and also our health. This storehouse of memory is accessible to consciousness through hypnosis -- a link to better health, well-being, and change.
